Can I change or cancel my order? Due to our commitment to process your order as quickly as possible, we ship all in stock orders within 48 hours or less. Therefore, once an order has been placed, it is generally not possible to cancel that order. For further assistance please call our customer service call center at 1-281-674-5030. Although we cannot promise to stop delivery of your order, our customer service representative will make every effort possible to try and accommodate your request.
We will only charge your credit card once you have gave us permission, then your order will be shipped. If the item you have ordered is on "back-order status", your card will not be charged until we actually ship your order. A Rep will call you to update on the status of the order.
When do I have to pay my bill
Customer billing cycle will be due on either 1st, 6th,16th or the 22nd of each month.
Will my information be kept private? Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the information collected is used only to complete the process of your order. We do not share or sell any of your personal information to any third-party vendor.

Return Merchandise Authorization Requests
To obtain a RMA# for your return, please email your request to sales@go-cellular.net or call 1-281-674-5030. RMA requests are filled Monday-Friday, usually within 48-72 hours. Products returned without an RMA number will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
