 RETURN POLICY

Go-Cellular sales quality brand name cell phone products and accessories. We make every effort to meet your high standards with reliable shipping methods and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

1. All merchandise is guaranteed for  30 DAYS  from original date of purchase.
2. Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
3. We agree, at our option to replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
4. Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced.
5. Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
6. A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
7. The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
8. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
9. You may Sign In and select Return Status to obtain the current status of your return.
10. You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your company credit after it has been applied to your account.
11. No returns sent COD will be accepted.  Returns must be sent pre-paid.
12. IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process.
13. To get an RA number log in, then select the 'Return Authorization Form' link  from the 'My Account' tab and follow the instructions.
14. When you have finished the RA form you will receive an RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
15. Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
16. RA numbers are valid for 14 days.
